Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers
- Answering phones & emails
- Scheduling swim lessons
- Taking payments
- Database entry & filing
- General office and facility cleaning
- Projects and other duties as assigned
Candidate should:
- Be self motivated
- Have experience working with children
- Type at least 50wpm
- Have superior in person and phone customer service experience
- Be able to switch tasks quickly & stay calm in our fast paced office
- Be a quick learner
- Be detail oriented and have a drive to complete daily tasks with accuracy
- Have at least 2+ years of previous office administrative experience
- Supervisory experience is a plus
We have hours available at both of our locations in Beaverton & Portland (less then 2 miles apart).
Available Shifts at BEAVERTON Location:
- Mondays 4:00-8:00pm
- Tuesdays 4:00-800pm
- Sub shifts are available.
Shifts Available at our PORTLAND Location:
- Mondays 2:00 - 7:30pm
- Tuesdays 1:00 - 7:30pm
- Wednesdays 2:00 - 7:30pm
- Thursdays 1:00 - 7:30pm
More hours:
* This could be part-time or full time, depending on availability and if you want teaching hours as well.
* More office hours may become available
* Office subbing hours always available
* Teaching hours are available if you want to work in both departments and want to reach full time.
* Benefits kick in at 10, 25 and 36 hours a week. Benefits include: Oregon Sick Leave, discounted swim lessons, stipend checks (for health care, college tuition, etc.), accident policy and more!
Compensation based on Experience. Range $17.00-24.00 (or DOE)
