> Five (5) years working superintendent experience
> Strong Anylical skills to provide options/solutions to problems and overcome project delays
> Pride in your workmanship and responsibilities of each task/job
> Ability to coordinate all trades, Owner Vendors and personnel for a quality, on-time completion
> Adapt to the ever changing challenges in the day to day activities
> Effectively communicate with Owner and City Offiicals/Inspectors
> Ability to read and understand blueprints and specifications
> Have a proactive approcah to critical path management of a construction project
>Ability to travel, have valid/clean driving record, own transportation/insurance and tools
> Computer skills and smart phone required to provide daily/weekly reports and pictures, daily job activity logs
