We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Seasonal Prep Cook to join our culinary team. This position is responsible for preparing ingredients, assisting with food production, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and supporting line cooks during busy service periods. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, follows food safety standards, and takes pride in producing quality food.
Job Duties:
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
- Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
- Restock items as needed throughout the shift
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
Qualifications:
- Previous kitchen or food preparation experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn
Position Details:
This is a temporary seasonal position with opportunities for additional hours based on business needs and performance. Employees completing this six month seasonal employment and in good standing are eligible for a $500 bonus.
Pay Frequency:
