- Must be able to demonstrate competency in the plumbing trade, including experience in plumbing in schools, commercial or industrial buildings.
- Journeyman license
- A minimum of five (5) years professional experience as plumber involved maintenance and new installation.
- Ability to perform duties complying with all safety standards.
- General knowledge of construction techniques.
- Good organization and public relation skills.
- Must be able to exhibit knowledge and ability to satisfactorily complete work with various maintenance trades.
- Maintain a valid Wisconsin driver’s license.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Ability to meet all requirements and responsibilities, including a high school diploma or G.E.D.

- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
- Ability to statistically manipulate numbers; make advanced mathematical calculations; check for accuracy.
REASONING ABILITY:
- Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to exercise good judgment and effectively solve problems.
- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions with several abstract and concrete variables.
