We are seeking a talented and experienced Corporate Transactional Attorney to join our team, specializing in mergers and acquisitions (M&A). The ideal candidate will provide expert legal guidance to clients in corporate transactions, helping them navigate complex agreements and ensuring compliance with corporate governance requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Drafting and negotiating purchase agreements and other transaction documents

Advising clients on corporate governance issues and compliance matters

Conducting due diligence investigations for M&A transactions

Providing legal counsel on corporate transactions and strategic planning

Assisting emerging companies in navigating venture capital funding and investments

Collaborating with other legal professionals and stakeholders to ensure successful transaction execution
Qualifications
-
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
-
Barred in CA
-
3+ years of experience in corporate law with a focus on M&A
-
Strong understanding of corporate governance and compliance requirements

Proven track record in drafting and negotiating complex legal agreements

Experience working with emerging companies and venture capital transactions
-
Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
