Bilingual Cleaning Team Manager

Bilingual Cleaning Team Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple cleaning teams of 4 people. Motivate and develop team leaders and house cleaners to deliver consistently outstanding customer service
- Open office daily, starting work at 7:40AM, alternating between both office locations.
- Maintain The Maids standard of quality through quality assurance inspections and training
- Drive results on key business performance metrics and use data to identify opportunities.
- Lead training of The Maids 22-Step Healthy Touch Deep Cleaning System for housekeeping
- Partner with owners and customer service team to determine staffing requirements and drive recruiting efforts
- Clean along with a team as required and needed
- Manage the customer relationship including the resolution of customer grievances and conflicts
- Recruit & hire new cleaning team employees, and conduct orientation, benefit explanation and safety training
- Conduct regular meetings including training and statuses with team leaders
- Foster a positive team culture environment with team recognition, celebrations, and a personal touch
Bilingual Cleaning Team Manager Qualifications:
- Ability to motivate, develop and direct people
- Valid driver’s license is required
- Ability to commute to both office locations
- Supervisory experience required, prefer 2-3 years
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are required
- Superior customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks for maximum staff effectiveness and customer service goals
- Knowledge of business and management principles involving leadership and coordination of people and resources
- Experience in house cleaning, housekeeping, janitorial work, or service industry is a plus
