Our portfolio includes Emergency Responder Communication Enhancement Systems (ERCES), Public Safety and Cellular Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), Private LTE, CBRS, Neutral Host solutions, DAS as a Service (DaaS), and managed services that help customers meet connectivity, operational, and code compliance requirements.
Our approach combines engineering expertise with long-term service capabilities to deliver solutions that perform throughout the life of the system.
About the Role
Morcom is seeking a Senior Account Executive to grow our Wireless Infrastructure Solutions business.
This is a specialized, quota-carrying role for an experienced sales professional with deep knowledge of wireless infrastructure technologies and consultative solution selling. You will own the complete sales cycle, from identifying and creating opportunities through contract execution, working alongside engineering to develop solutions that solve complex RF, connectivity, and code compliance challenges.
This role is measured by results. Success in this role requires an established network within the wireless ecosystem, including contractors, engineering firms, commercial real estate developers, system integrators, carriers, and Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs). Candidates should have a demonstrated history of winning complex DAS and ERCES opportunities from early specification through project completion.
Solutions You’ll Represent
● Emergency Responder Communication Enhancement Systems (ERCES)
● Public Safety and Cellular Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS)
● Private LTE and CBRS Networks
● Neutral Host Wireless Solutions
● DAS as a Service (DaaS)
● 24/7 Remote Monitoring
● Preventative Maintenance
● Annual Code Compliance Testing
Key Responsibilities
● Own the wireless infrastructure business within an assigned territory, delivering consistent revenue growth against quarterly and annual sales objectives.
● Develop and execute territory and account strategies that generate qualified pipeline and new customer opportunities.
● Create demand by identifying projects early, influencing technical requirements, and positioning Morcom before opportunities become competitive bids.
● Lead technical discovery to understand customer objectives, RF environments, operational requirements, and applicable code requirements.
● Partner with engineering to develop solution architectures, technical proposals, scopes of work, and commercial strategies.
● Leverage and expand relationships with developers, general contractors, electrical contractors, engineering firms, consultants, system integrators, commercial real estate owners, wireless carriers, neutral host providers, and Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) to position Morcom early in the project lifecycle.
● Navigate complex buying processes involving executive, technical, operational, and procurement stakeholders.
● Expand customer relationships through managed services, remote monitoring, preventative maintenance, and compliance testing.
● Maintain disciplined pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and CRM hygiene.
● Share market intelligence and customer insights that help shape Morcom’s wireless infrastructure strategy and go-to-market approach.
A Day in the Life
No two days are the same, but every day is focused on creating momentum.
You might begin with a site walk alongside a contractor evaluating wireless coverage requirements for a new facility, spend the afternoon working with engineering to develop a solution architecture for an ERCES deployment, and finish the day advancing proposals, negotiating commercial terms, prospecting new opportunities, and updating your forecast.
Throughout the day, you’re expected to move business forward, opening new opportunities, influencing technical decisions, removing obstacles, and positioning Morcom to win. Success comes from disciplined execution, technical credibility, and consistently delivering results.
About the Team
You’ll join a growing team dedicated to expanding Morcom’s Wireless Infrastructure Solutions business. You’ll work alongside engineering, operations, and sales leadership with the autonomy to build your territory while helping shape the future of the business.
We value ownership, technical curiosity, collaboration, accountability, and a bias for action.
