Boba X is looking for new team members at Mall of America! If you are a boba enthusiast who wants to make high quality, loose leaf tea and share your boba love with others, come join our team! You will master the art of bubble tea and work with a fun-loving team.
These are full and part-time positions.
Responsible for ensuring every customer has a great experience visiting Boba X
Job Responsibilities:
- Preparations for store opening and closing
- Regular duties include taking customer orders, recommending drinks and pairing. Prepare bubble tea drinks, making ingredients and selling goods.
- Always ensure that the working environment is clean and tidy
- Morning and evening shifts are available
Qualifications:
- Relevant work experience is preferred
- Must have great communication skills, a friendly, professional manner, and a genuine passion for customer service.
- Paid training
- We are looking for people that work well under pressure, have a strong work ethic, and are able to adapt to change as necessary.
- Must be able to work holidays & weekends
