Secret City CDJR is seeking an experienced and results-driven Parts Manager to lead our Parts Department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in automotive parts operations, inventory management, profitability, and team leadership. CDJR experience is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage all daily operations of the Parts Department.
- Maintain proper inventory levels and control obsolescence.
- Maximize parts gross profit and departmental performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
- Work closely with Service and Sales departments to ensure parts availability.
- Monitor key performance indicators including inventory turns, fill rates, and gross profit.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop parts department personnel.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and dealership policies.
- Oversee parts ordering, receiving, stocking, and returns processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of automotive parts management experience.
- Previous CDJR/Stellantis dealership experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of inventory control and forecasting.
- Proven leadership and team-building skills.
- Experience with dealership management systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, or similar).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to drive profitability while delivering exceptional customer service.
