Now Hiring: Experienced Auto Body Painter
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Auto Body Painter to join our growing collision repair team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in collision refinishing, color matching, paint preparation, and producing high-quality finishes. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, works efficiently, and consistently delivers excellent results.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of professional auto body painting experience in a collision repair environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Strong paint matching and blending skills
- Experience with waterborne paint systems preferred
- Ability to perform all aspects of the refinishing process from prep to final polish
- Knowledge of OEM refinishing procedures and industry standards
- Ability to maintain quality while meeting production goals
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Responsibilities:
- Surface preparation, masking, priming, sanding, and refinishing vehicles
- Color matching, blending, and tinting as needed
- Apply basecoat, clearcoat, and specialty finishes
- Inspect completed work to ensure high-quality standards
- Maintain paint booth cleanliness and equipment
- Work closely with estimators, technicians, and management to ensure timely vehicle delivery
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with computerized paint-mixing systems
- Experience working in a high-volume collision center
