Purpose of Position: Responsible for washing and storing dishes and helping with general food prep.
Essential Functions:
- Must work quickly and thoroughly to keep the dish pit clear.
- Make sure all dishes are clean and put away properly.
- Help with food prep when time permits.
- Must be properly dressed in uniform and well-groomed.
- Other duties assigned by your Executive Chef.
Mandatory Job Requirements:
- Read, write and speak English recommended.
- Neat, well-groomed appearance.
- Must have flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends.
