Lead Registered Dental Assistant (Lead RDA)
Location: San Marcos, TX
Pay: $25 - $29 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday during operational hours, with 1 or more Saturdays as needed.

What You’ll Do
Support and mentor the dental assisting team
Prepare treatment rooms and ensure compliance with clinical standards
Assist the doctor during procedures with efficiency and accuracy
Maintain accurate patient records, charting, and documentation
Take high-quality, accurate X-rays
Educate patients on treatment and reinforce recommendations
Support clinical scheduling and patient flow
Maintain sterilization and infection control standards
Assist with lab case tracking and coordination
Collaborate with front office and clinical teams to support operations
