We are looking for a Office Staffto join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all visitors, answering and routing incoming calls, and managing the front desk operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, must speak English and Spanish, be highly organized, and have a friendly and professional demeanor. Additionally, the Front Desk Receptionist should have an understanding of basic office procedures and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional manner.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintain the front desk area in a neat and organized manner.
- Maintain accurate records of visitors, customers, and other inquiries.
- Manage customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
- Provide general administrative support to other departments as needed.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
