Job responsibilities:
The primary role of the Team Coordinator is to manage the day-to-day activities regarding provider data management and credentialing.
This position serves as a subject matter expert and will help support, quality assurance, internal and external auditing of the key processes, system compliance and acceptance testing, and process improvements designed to increase operational effectiveness.
This position will also be responsible for the documentation of new policies and procedures, the development and maintenance of training materials, and assistance with onboarding new staff.
This position will manage a team of up to 10 to 14 credential specialists I and II

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is: 69,742.4- 116,251.2. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
