We are looking for a dependable, organized and friendly Office Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, providing excellent customer service, and supporting daily operations of a busy office.
Candidate must be detail oriented, reliable, and able to multitask. Candidate must also have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, and sufficient knowledge of computers.
Job responsibilities:
- Answer phones and greet customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Schedule and dispatch service calls and maintenance appointments.
- Respond to emails and customer inquiries.
- Prepare invoices and process payments, prepare estimates and other office documents.
- Organize and maintain paper and electronic files.
- Assist technicians by coordinating schedules and job information.
- Order office supplies and assist with parts ordering as needed.
- Process warranty claims
- Support manager with administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous office experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
