About the Role: We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring our facilities are always in top condition, guaranteeing high-quality service and satisfaction for our tenants/clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs (basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting).
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with appliances or building systems.
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules.
- Prepare units/spaces for move-ins (deep cleaning, repairs, and touch-ups).
- Respond to and resolve emergency maintenance requests promptly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a maintenance role.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot problems under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and a high work ethic.
- Valid driver’s license
