Job Overview
HAULX CO. is seeking a motivated, dependable, and safety-focused CDL Truck Driver to join our growing family-owned team. In this role, you'll safely operate a variety of commercial dump trucks while transporting aggregate and organic materials throughout Central Minnesota.

Position Requirements
- Valid Class A or Class B CDL
- Current DOT Health Card
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug testing
- Strong commitment to safety and DOT compliance
- Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused
Job Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks and other commercial vehicles in accordance with Minnesota DOT regulations
- Transport aggregate, soil, sand, gravel, mulch, and other materials to residential and commercial job sites
- Pick up materials from sand, gravel, from pits and landscape suppliers
- Deliver materials accurately and safely to designated job sites
- Haul materials to approved disposal or dump locations
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Complete driver logs, delivery tickets, and required DOT documentation
- Navigate efficiently using GPS and routing systems
- Maintain clean equipment and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
- Provide courteous, professional customer service at every delivery
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience operating dump trucks or other heavy commercial equipment
- Knowledge of loading and unloading procedures for aggregate and landscape materials
- Understanding of DOT Hours of Service regulations and vehicle inspection requirements
- Ability to adapt to changing schedules and weather conditions
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Pay: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour
