Required Qualifications:
Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
Florida Educator's Certificate in any subject*
First aid training concepts, injury prevention, CPR
Willingness to devote time before and after school hours
- Cheerleading coaches of non-competitive teams are not required to hold a Florida Educator's Certificate.
Must have Hernando County School District required 20 hour Sports First Aid course offered through Human Kinetics. Please follow link below.
