Job Summary
We are looking for a high-energy, growth-oriented B2B Sales Manager to drive dealer, distributor, and retail channel expansion across the U.S.

What You'll Do
- Identify, prospect, and develop new dealer, distributor, retailer, and wholesale accounts.
- Build and maintain long-term channel partnerships.
- Drive new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting through closing.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support customer success and business growth.
- Travel as needed to meet customers, attend trade shows, and develop key accounts.
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
- 3–8 years of B2B sales experience.
- Proven success developing dealer, distributor, retailer, or wholesale channels.
- Experience opening new accounts and generating new business.
- Strong understanding of dealer, distributor, and retail business models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing or developing accounts generating $3M–$10M+ in annual revenue.
- Experience in fitness equipment, sporting goods, durable goods, consumer products, or a related industry.
- Existing relationships with dealers, distributors, or retail partners.
- Experience working with regional or national retail accounts.
