Key Responsibilities
- Operate hand soldering equipment to assemble high-precision ceramic disc capacitors.
- Utilize hand tools, tweezers, and light machinery safely and efficiently during the assembly process.
- Assemble components accurately in strict accordance with blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
- Communicate material and process issues to the leadership team in a clear, professional, and organized manner.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across Safety, Quality, and Production metrics.
- Expand technical knowledge of assembly equipment and proactively suggest process and machinery enhancements.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma.
- Basic Math problem solving and creative thinking skills.
- Professional Verbal and Written communication skills
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
