Looking for a fun, fast-paced seasonal job where no two days are the same? The Cape is looking for a friendly, energetic Front Desk Agent to join our team!
If you’re someone who enjoys being around people, can stay organized when things get busy, and is always ready to help—this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Welcoming guests and making them feel at home
- Handling check-ins, check-outs, and guest questions
- Using our system (Cloudbeds) for reservations and payments
- Communicating clearly
- Working closely with housekeeping and making sure they have what they need
- Helping resolve guest concerns and handling complaints professionally
- Answering calls and emails and supporting daily operations
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone kind, positive, and eager to learn
- Comfortable with computers and quick to pick up new systems
- Able to multitask
- Flexible with shifts (morning, evening)
- Team player who’s ready to move around and help wherever needed
A Few Things to Know:
- This is a seasonal role and it gets very busy
- Hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
- Great opportunity to gain experience and grow
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and effective communication techniques
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
