Job Description
We are a psychology and assessment practice providing psychological and neuropsychological evaluations for children and adults. We are seeking an experienced Senior Psychometrist to support Social Security disability evaluations.
Job Duties
Duties include conducting clinical interviews with claimants, administering cognitive and academic measures including WAIS and WRAT, scoring assessments accurately, drafting psychological evaluation reports, maintaining documentation, and communicating with supervising psychologists as needed.
This role requires prior experience administering standardized cognitive assessments to real clients, including the WAIS-IV. Training on additional measures (e.g., WRAT-5) will be provided.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in psychology or related field (Master’s preferred)
Formal psychometric training and experience
Experience administering WAIS - IV and WRAT required
Strong writing and documentation skills
Professionalism and attention to detail
Prior disability evaluation experience preferred
Familiarity with HIPAA standards
Must be available to work in-person.
