Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls, B2B sales, and in-person interactions to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline
- Conduct detailed needs assessments to recommend suitable passenger cars and high-end vehicles that meet customer preferences and budgets
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and financing options to close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory control and support sales team efforts by maintaining accurate records within CRM software systems
- Upsell additional products, services, or extended warranties to maximize deal value and enhance the customer experience
- Utilize public speaking skills to present vehicle features confidently during customer demonstrations and dealership events
- Follow up with customers post-sale to foster long-term relationships and encourage referrals
Skills
- Proven experience in automotive or retail sales, with a strong understanding of car dealership operations and inventory management
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and phone etiquette skills to build rapport with diverse clients
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve a broader customer base effectively
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales support tools for managing leads, tracking sales progress, and maintaining customer relationships
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously within a structured sales pipeline
- Experience in high-end or passenger car sales, outbound calling, cold calling, and deal closing techniques
- Knowledge of automotive industry sales practices, B2B sales strategies, and retail math for accurate deal calculations
- Exceptional customer service skills combined with public speaking capabilities for dealership presentations and marketing events
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team focused on achieving collective sales goals
