JOIN A GROWING REAL ESTATE COMPANY EZ Way Houses and EZ Way Rent are looking for an energetic, organized and motivated person to help grow our real estate business. This entry-level position combines social media, marketing, leasing support, customer follow-up and local business development. Paid training is provided. This is a hands-on position for someone who is comfortable speaking with people, creating videos, visiting properties and taking responsibility for results.
Responsibilities
MARKETING & SOCIAL MEDIA Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. Create property videos, photos, reels and marketing content. Promote homes for sale, rental properties and investment opportunities. Design flyers and update websites and online listings. Help grow our local social-media audience.
LEASING & SALES SUPPORT Answer calls, emails, texts and social-media messages. Respond quickly to rental and home-purchase inquiries. Schedule property showings. Follow up consistently with buyers, tenants and investors. Provide professional customer service from first contact through closing or lease signing.
FIELD MARKETING Visit properties throughout the Tampa Bay area. Take clear, attractive photos and videos. Install and remove company street signs. Deliver marketing materials and assist with campaigns.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT Build relationships with local Realtors and referral partners. Organize and conduct group presentations at real estate offices. Promote listings, investment opportunities and company services. Generate new buyers, investors, Realtors and referrals.
COMPENSATION & PERFORMANCE BONUSES Starting pay is $18-$20 per hour, based on experience and demonstrated skills. The position is full-time with opportunities for raises and advancement based on performance.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Positive attitude, dependable work ethic and a willingness to learn. Excellent communication, follow-up and people skills. Comfortable using Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. Basic photography, smartphone video and video-editing skills. Organized, detail-oriented and able to work independently. Comfortable appearing in videos and speaking to individuals and groups. Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and willingness to visit properties. Bilingual English and Spanish strongly preferred. Real estate experience is helpful but not required; paid training is provided.
