Scottsdale Company Seeking Successful Candidate for Office Admin.
We are looking for a full-time sharp, self-motivated, individual to join our team. Individual will be working directly for the owner of the company and will be mainly responsible project coordination of our installation & services and support functions.
The right person shall have:
- Outstanding customer service, ability to work in a team and stand alone environment, professional phone etiquette and outgoing demeanor, and ability to handle different duties simultaneously with interruptions, with a minimum of 3-5 years admin experience

- Quickbooks
-Word Press
-Google Calender
-Social Media
- Experience in residential service or lighting industry
-Office Admin (Duties & Responsibilities)
Assist in all aspects of office duties to support staff. Checking voicemails, answering and directing telephone calls. Organizing and scheduling appointments, and dispatching technicians. Manage the electricians and technicians schedule and make sure all work orders turn into invoices. Manage lead generation sites such as Angie's List, Yelp, Thumbtack, and Google. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports. Maintain the filing system. Assist with A/R and A/P calls. Light data entry.
