Experienced Carpenter
Assignment Location: Catalina Island, CA
Project Duration: Approximately 4months
Pay: Open based on experience and qualifications - $30-35/hr
Note: Candidate may start pending background check and drug screen but must pass both to remain on assignment.
Project Overview
This is a long term construction project on Catalina Island supporting critical generator infrastructure for a major utility company. Seeking a skilled Carpentar with strong form work, rebar, and conduit installation experience. You must be flexible and comfortable rotating between duties as the job demands.
This is a project based role only.

Required 4x10 schedule

Monday-Thursday, 6:30am-5:00pm

Travel Details:

Monday departure on the 6:00am ferry from Long Beach (paid)

Thursday return on the 7:55pm ferry (ticket paid, travel time unpaid)
Paid from Monday ferry departure through 5:00pm Thursday. Off the clock at 5:00pm Thursdays. Candidate is responsible for making the return ferry.
Travel, Housing & Per Diem

Requirements

Fluent English required due to emergency signage
