We are currently seeking a motivated, personable, and results-driven Automotive Sales Consultant to join our growing team. What You’ll Do
- Welcome customers with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a customer-first mindset
- Guide clients through every step of the vehicle purchasing process
- Present vehicle features, conduct test drives, and demonstrate product knowledge confidently
- Stay up to date on inventory, financing options, and current promotions
- Negotiate and close sales while delivering an outstanding customer experience
- Maintain consistent follow-up to build long-term relationships and generate repeat business
- Accurately track client interactions using CRM tools
What We’re Looking For

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Competitive drive with a team-oriented mindset
- Self-motivated, goal-focused, and disciplined work ethic
- Previous sales or automotive experience is a plus — but not required
- Valid driver’s license and ability to commute to or relocate to Longview, TX
