Sweet Dreams In-Home Pet Euthanasia is a privately owned company serving Atlanta and surrounding counties. Our goal is to be there for families and pets, in the comfort of their home when having to say goodbye, thus eliminating the stress of a car ride and a strange environment at such a crucial time.
Our Compassionate Care Experts are patient listeners and need to emulate both compassion and knowledge to guide the pet owners through the process from start to finish, making them comfortable with the decision as well and conveying the value of our services and the expertise of our teams.
Veterinary knowledge is a requirement, you need to have at least 1 year experience in Vet Med.
The most important skills are being a good listener, patience, ability to multi-task, attention to detail, and good phone presence. You must be able to show empathy and connect with callers. Must have weekend availability.
Job Description:
Sweet Dreams In-Home Pet Euthanasia is seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team. The candidate will handle customer inquiries and provide information and solutions for our clients. This position will be working directly with our clients, so a positive, empathetic attitude and a willingness to provide a high level of customer service is essential. We are looking for someone detail-oriented, able to multitask, and experienced in a call center environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls from customers in a friendly manner.
- Schedule appointments for clients based on availability.
- Provide information about services to customers based on customer inquiries about services.
- Build relationships with clients to establish trust with new and existing clients by providing information about services, or by simply listening to what clients have to say.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times!
- Other duties as assigned by Call Center Manager.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
