Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and highly qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead behavioral intervention programs and support individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. The successful candidate will utilize applied behavior analysis techniques to develop individualized treatment plans, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to promote meaningful progress. This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on clients’ lives through patient-centered, data-driven interventions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine client needs and develop tailored intervention plans.
- Design, implement, and supervise behavior analytic programs based on applied behavior analysis principles for children and adults with developmental disabilities.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor progress and modify treatment strategies accordingly.
- Provide training, supervision, and ongoing support to behavior technicians and staff delivering direct services.
- Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure consistency across environments.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, records, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Participate in intake processes, case reviews, and team meetings to coordinate care effectively.
- Supervise mid-level supervisors in a three tier supervision model
- Maximum caseload: 25 clients
Requirements
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder.
- Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and special education principles.
- Proficiency in data collection methods, patient assessment, and medical documentation practices.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations, medical terminology, and maintaining confidential medical records.
- Excellent communication skills for patient care coordination and team collaboration.

Pay: $43.00 - $46.00 per hour
