The Position: Customer Service Associate

DonutNV is a quick-service mobile food concept and experience. We make hot fresh mini donuts and fresh squeezed lemonade in a variety of flavors, along with other seasonal beverages.
Team members are expected to provide an exceptional customer experience and consistently serve high-quality food. We are committed to delivering a welcoming, wholesome experience.
Job Responsibilities -
We’re looking for a reliable, food service professional with proper identification and means of transportation. An ideal candidate would have, and/or be able to perform:
· Prior food or retail experience.
· Weekend and holiday availability.
· A positive attitude and good demeanor.
· Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
· You would be expected to learn how to use the DonutNV donut machine, learn all functions of the machine, be able to make donuts and troubleshoot sudden mechanical issues.
· Event setup and breakdown including general cleaning.
· Great multitasking skills with the ability to service customers, implement sales strategy and upselling, beverage preparation, operating a point-of-sale system, and cash handling.
Compensation -
· We are offering a base of minimum wage with a potential increase depending on experience and level of position, plus tips.
