The Broker Shop is hiring Full-Time Inside Sales / Business Development Reps for the business funding industry. We're located in a beautiful building on Motor Parkway in Islandia, and we're growing fast. Whether you're an experienced closer or hungry to start a sales career, we provide the leads, the training and the support - you bring the drive.
No sales experience? We'll train the right person. Experienced in telesales, Revenue based financing, lending, insurance, auto, solar, or real estate? You'll hit the ground running.

What you'll do:
- Call business owners across the country using our dialing system - high volume, high energy
- Qualify leads, assess funding needs, and match clients with the right funding options
- Pitch and educate business owners on revenue based financing and alternative funding solutions
- Collect documents for submission, working closely with a team of peers
- Follow up consistently and convert merchants into repeat clients
- Keep the CRM updated so your pipeline and commissions are always clear
What we're looking for:
- Motivated, money-driven, and competitive - you want to be paid on performance
- Comfortable on the phone and quick to build rapport
- Thick skin and a short memory - you shake off a "no" and dial the next one
- Good follow-up and follow-through
- Organized, coachable, and able to apply feedback fast
- A team player who wants to grow with us
- Sales, call center, retail, hospitality, or customer service background is a plus - not required
- Experience with Gmail, dialers, or CRMs helpful - we'll train you on ours
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM | In person - Islandia, NY (Motor Parkway)

Pay: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses
