Engineering Manager
Up to $180,000 + bonus
An Engineering Manager / Senior Mechanical Engineer is required for a leading modification and repair company in Houston, TX.
The successful candidate will have time-served experience in the design, modification and production of valves, pressure vessels and / or rotating equipment, and have demonstrated experience in a technical leadership role.

Role for Engineering Manager / Senior Mechanical Engineer
Lead a team of engineers in the production and modification of valves & pressure vessels
Supervise and direct testing in the production and engineering departments
Re-design and introduce new procedures in production and engineering to ensure up-to-date compliance with industry standards
Provide engineering support to all facility improvements such as design, production scheduling etc
Coordinate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and in-line with standards
Requirements for Engineering Manager / Senior Mechanical Engineer
Experience in a leadership role with direct reports, overseeing projects from conception to completion
Hands on experience in valve design and / or production
Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or related
Proficiency with AutoCAD or relevant design software
Experience with valves / rotating equipment / pressure vessels
Based in Houston, TX
Pay: $160,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
