Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Scale House Attendant to oversee the efficient operation of our scale house and weigh station. In this vital role, you will manage the flow of trucks entering and exiting the facility, ensuring accurate weighing, documentation, and compliance with safety protocols. Your energetic approach will help maintain smooth logistics operations, support warehouse distribution activities, and uphold safety standards across the site. Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor truck scales to accurately weigh inbound and outbound vehicles, ensuring compliance with weight regulations.
- Conduct safety inspections at the scale house area, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff on Dock management
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of warehouse distribution processes including order fulfillment, stocking, picking & packing.
- Basic math skills for weight calculations, inventory counts, and data entry accuracy.
- Prior experience with e-commerce fulfillment or warehouse experience is highly desirable.
