We’re hiring a motivated real estate administrative assistant to join our growing team. Responsibilities include administrative duties such as monitoring of all transaction documents in the client database for our real estate agents, monitoring and notifying clients of important deadlines, complying with legal procedures, marketing and events planning, database and social media management and planning appointments and final walkthroughs. Responsibilities
- Oversee aspects of buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing
- Coordinate title, escrow, mortgage loan information
- Coordinate inspections, appointments, closings
- Manage database when applicable
- updating online platforms
- Onboard new agents with CRM and team systems
- Lead Transaction coordination on daily huddles
- Regularly update and maintain communication with agents, clients, title officers, lenders, etc.
- Schedule any appointments, inspections, closings, etc. through google calendar
- Monitor the Input of all necessary info and docs into Docusign and correct any compliance issues
- Coordinate purchasing of business materials such as; folders, biz. cards, etc.
Qualifications
- Great written and verbal skills
- Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED
- Possesses a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems
- Previous experience in the real estate industry. TN or MS real estate license is preferred
- Flexible working schedule to accommodate clients on nights and weekends
Compensation
$14 - $16 hourly

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
