Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated FOH (Front of House) and BOH (Back of House) Team Members to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Greet and serve guests with professionalism and friendliness, ensuring a positive dining experience
- Take and process customer orders accurately in person or via POS systems
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, counters, and service stations
- Assist in food preparation or kitchen duties as needed, supporting BOH operations
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction
- Follow all health and safety regulations to uphold sanitation standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant flow during busy hours
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact courteously with guests and team members
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings if needed
- Strong teamwork skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards is a plus but training will be provided for all new hires
