Help at Home is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor in GA to provide clinical leadership and support to our field nursing team. In this primarily field-based role, you'll oversee the delivery of high-quality patient care, mentor and coach field nurses, and ensure clinical excellence through education, compliance, and performance oversight. This is a Remote role that requires you to have an RN License in the state of GA, will be 50% field admin RN seeing clients in local area this person lives in GA and 50% leadership support. We offer weekly pay and annual salary range of $90,000-$95,000.
Responsibilities:
What You'll Do:

Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to new and existing field Registered Nurses.

Conduct annual in-home supervisory visits and document clinical observations and performance.

Lead field training and onboarding for newly hired RNs.

Monitor clinical performance metrics (KPIs) and implement coaching plans to improve outcomes.

Participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives and monthly Quality & Compliance meetings.

Serve as a clinical resource and subject matter expert for field nurses.

Support the clinical response to complex patient situations and incident management.

Conduct patient assessments and home visits while maintaining an active clinical caseload.

Collaborate closely with the Director of Nursing and Clinical Leadership team to promote high standards of patient care and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.

Comfortable using technology including Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and other clinical documentation systems.

Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional patient care and compliance standards.
Education and Experience:

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.

Minimum of two (2) years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in home health or home care.

Experience caring for medically fragile patients with complex medical, social, and behavioral needs.

Previous experience training, mentoring, or supervising clinical staff is highly preferred.
Management Authority:
This position provides day-to-day clinical leadership and operational oversight by:

Training and mentoring field Registered Nurses.

Directing the daily work and clinical activities of field nursing staff.

Coordinating workflows across the field clinical team.

Providing performance coaching and recommendations to clinical leadership.
Physical Requirements:

Primarily field-based position with travel to patient homes and branch locations.

Ability to remain stationary for documentation and administrative tasks as needed.

Ability to travel throughout the assigned service area.

Ability to communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, field staff, and leadership.

Ability to perform patient assessments within home environments.
