Our Operations team in Cedar Falls, IA is seeking General Labor production employees to support a variety of roles across our manufacturing processes. In this position, you will contribute to the production of high-quality pumps while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery.
Job assignments are based on seniority and may vary depending on position availability. Open positions may include assembly, fork truck operation, stockroom and shipping. Pay rates start at $24.04 or greater depending on specific job assignment, plus $1 per hour shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shift positions. Wage adjustments every 90 days, and all benefits begin effective after 60 days.
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities
Follow all established safety policies and procedures
Meet and maintain defined quality standards
Support production goals and operational efficiency
Work mandatory overtime as required
Qualifications
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 10 hours per day)
Ability to regularly lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally up to 70 pounds
Ability to move throughout office and manufacturing environments
Comfortable with tasks requiring manual writing and computer use
Ability to communicate effectively in person and by phone
Visual acuity for detailed work and computer tasks
Exposure to typical manufacturing and warehouse conditions
