Responsibilities
· Welcome clients with professionalism, warmth, and exceptional customer service
· Check guests in and out efficiently while maintaining a calm, inviting atmosphere
· Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments accurately
· Answer phone calls, texts, and emails in a timely and professional manner
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, treatment rooms, and common areas
· Prepare treatment rooms and restock linens, supplies, and amenities as needed
· Process payments, memberships, gift cards, and retail purchases
· Assist with laundry and daily spa upkeep tasks
· Educate clients on services, products, and wellness offerings when appropriate
· Support massage therapists and estheticians to ensure seamless client experiences
· Monitor inventory and notify management when supplies are low
· Uphold the spa’s standards for professionalism, presentation, and guest care
Schedule
- Launch party August 1st, 2026 with first day of operation being August 3rd, 2026
- Open Monday-Saturday 9:00 AM-7:00 PM
- Flexible schedule based on availability
- Preferred 20-30 hours per week
- Must be open to working evenings and weekends
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Strong multitasking skills
- Passion for wellness, self-care, and hospitality
Preferred
· Previous retail and/or reception experience
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
