Pay Rate: $15.00 – $19.00 per hour (based on experience)

5 Star Cares is seeking dedicated and experienced caregivers to join our growing team. We are hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) who are dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing high-quality care.
This role is ideal for professionals seeking a consistent daytime schedule in a supportive, team-focused environment.
Position Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in acute care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing (required)
- Ability to assist with activities of daily living, including hygiene, feeding, and mobility
- Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Ability to pass an AHCA Level 2 background screening info https://info.flclearinghouse.com/
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities or mental illness (preferred)
- Familiarity with care equipment such as wheelchairs, commodes, and shower chairs
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Valid driver’s license preferred
