Duties
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process customer transactions swiftly and securely
- Provide friendly and professional customer service, addressing questions and resolving issues with a positive attitude
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments with precision and adherence to cash handling procedures
Experience
- Previous food service experience is preferred; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Familiarity with POS systems and safe food handling procedures
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Supervising experience is advantageous for those interested in leadership development within the team
- Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for cash handling and sales transactions
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment is a huge plus!
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
