Part-Time HR (Entry-Level) We're looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time HR Assistant to support day-to-day HR operations. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone interested in building a career in Human Resources and gaining hands-on experience across multiple HR functions.
Schedule: Part-time (approximately 15–25 hours per week; ideally Thursdays and Fridays, 9am-5pm)
Location: On-site at our Lehi location.

Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information

Support onboarding, new hire paperwork and orientation for new hires

Help process payroll changes, timekeeping records, and benefits paperwork

Respond to employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and procedures

Assist with compliance, training records, and HR reporting

Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed

Previous HR, office administration, or related experience preferred

Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and confidentiality standards is a plus

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
