Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients and utensils
- Support food service operations by plating dishes attractively and serving meals efficiently
- Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients with precision
- Collaborate with team members to achieve smooth kitchen operations during busy service times
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or culinary roles within the food industry or restaurant environment preferred but willing to train the right person
- Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques
- Knowledge of food safety protocols, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward serving guests or clients
