As we prepare for the 2026 season, we are seeking experienced Maintenance Foremen to lead crews, deliver exceptional service to our clients, and help protect and strengthen the EL brand.
At Executive Landscaping, Production Managers and Foremen work together to deliver high-quality work safely, efficiently, and profitably. As a Foreman, you are a leader on the front line, setting expectations, developing crews, and ensuring our clients receive consistent, professional service.
The Maintenance Foreman reports directly to the Production Manager and is responsible for leading a crew performing weekly landscape maintenance and enhancement work. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires daily planning, communication, and accountability.
You will supervise crews to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to both client and Executive Landscaping quality standards.

Safety Leadership – Enforce all company, client, and equipment safety policies

Crew Leadership & Development – Train, coach, and discipline crews as needed

Quality Control – Ensure all properties meet EL and client standards

Production Efficiency – Manage labor, routes, and job plans to meet or exceed budgets

Planning & Preparation – Daily and weekly planning of people, equipment, and materials

Equipment & Fleet Oversight – Proper use, care, and accountability of trucks, trailers, and equipment

Client Interaction – Professionally address client questions and concerns in the field

Job Start-Up & Close-Out – Execute “Start Clean, Finish Clean” standards

Communication – Maintain open and proactive communication with Production Managers

Conduct morning safety checks, stretches, and crew dispatch

Inspect job sites for safety, quality, and productivity

Monitor labor hours and production efficiency daily
-
Identify irrigation, turf, or plant health issues and coordinate with internal teams
-
Lead by example through hands-on, servant leadership

Complete end-of-day prep, debrief with PMs, and plan for the next day

Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
Certifications in landscaping or construction are a plus.
