IT Specialist Needed for Family-Owned Life and Health Insurance Agency
Position: IT Specialist
Location: El Paso, TX
Pay: Starting at $20/hr (Flexible work schedule)
About Us: We are a small, family-owned life and health insurance agency with about 10 employees. We pride ourselves on providing unparalleled customer service and support to our clients. We're looking for an IT Specialist to join our team and help us manage and improve our IT infrastructure and implement automations. We are open to new ideas/suggestions - you are the expert!
Job Description: We are seeking an IT Specialist to assist with the following tasks:
- Onboarding employees to Microsoft 365 (including login issues, mailbox setup, and Teams troubleshooting)
- Managing our domain
- Assisting with Compliance Regulations
- Collaborating with Bitrix24 (CRM System) partners for implementations and training employees on Bitrix24 (CRM System) usage
- Setting up and maintaining electronic equipment such as new computers, printers, WiFi, scanners, etc.
- Implement automations for our day-to-day activities/tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and training to employees on Microsoft 365 and Bitrix24 (CRM System)
- Resolve login and access issues for company software and tools
- Manage domain settings and configurations
- Set up and configure new electronic equipment and ensure all systems are running smoothly
- Make sure VOIP Phones are all working
- Make sure everyone is syncing with Onedrive
- Work closely with Bitrix24 partners to ensure successful implementations and integrations/automations.
Troubleshoot and resolve any IT-related issues that arise Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an IT Specialist or similar role
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, GoDaddy, and Bitrix24
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and adaptable to changing needs and schedules
