Our studio offers 24-hour access to unlimited sessions ranging from Hot Yoga, to Hot Cycle, Hot Pilates and more. Our exclusive workouts are led by a virtual instructor in a semi-private environment, suitable for all fitness levels to give members MORE WORKOUT IN LESS TIME!
Our ideal candidate will have previous sales experience and thrive in a customer service environment. As a HOTWORX Trainer Sales Associate you will greet guests and assist them in selecting the best membership to meet their goals. You will also have many sales commission opportunity with our various product lines.
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our membership sales team. This is a ground level opportunity for you to grow with us as we launch our new fitness studio in Lincoln, CA!
Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with potential clients to promote HOTWORX membership options and benefits.
- Conduct tours of the facility, highlighting the features and benefits of our innovative fitness programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective members to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective prospecting, lead generation, and closing techniques.
- Utilize online platform software to track leads, follow up with prospects, and manage member accounts. POS systems for membership sales, billing and collections as well as for email and texting campaigns
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Help maintain a clean and safe environment
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience in the fitness industry preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Passion for health and wellness, with a genuine desire to help others achieve their fitness goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.

Additional Compensation:
- Monthly sales commission and bonuses
It is a hourly position, with commissions. (base + commission + bonuses), so you control what you earn.
