Luxury Beauty & Wellness Clinic | Bergen County, NJ
$50,000–$60,000 Base Salary + Monthly Performance Bonuses
We are a growing luxury beauty and wellness clinic in Bergen County seeking a confident, personable, and highly motivated Sales & Membership Manager.
The primary focus of this position is simple: provide an exceptional in-clinic consultation experience, understand each client's goals, recommend the right treatment plan, close packages and memberships, and turn new customers into long-term clients.
What You'll Do
- Conduct in-person consultations with new clients
- Understand client goals and recommend appropriate treatments and packages
- Confidently close premium treatment packages and memberships
- Schedule and manage client bookings and next appointments
- Build strong relationships with clients and deliver an exceptional, high-touch experience
- Follow up with clients and opportunities to maximize conversions
- Nurture leads through phone, SMS, and CRM follow-up
- Re-engage previous clients and leads through win-back efforts
- Generate referrals and identify opportunities to increase customer lifetime value
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly sales and membership goals
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who combines strong sales ability with exceptional people skills.
You should be a confident closer who genuinely enjoys working with clients, asking the right questions, building trust, and creating a premium experience. You should be proactive, organized, comfortable with follow-up and outbound communication, and motivated by measurable goals.
Experience in beauty, aesthetics, wellness, med spa, luxury retail, hospitality, fitness/membership sales, or other high-touch sales environments is highly desirable.
Compensation
$50,000–$60,000 base salary, depending on experience, plus monthly performance bonuses tied to sales results, new membership growth, and achievement of key goals.
Strong performers will have the opportunity to earn highly competitive total compensation and grow into greater sales and leadership responsibility as the clinic expands.
