Position Summary
Angelic Mansions LLC is seeking an experienced California R.N. for a PRN / as-needed
contract role supporting residents in the California Assisted Living Waiver (ALW). The
position focuses on R.N. assessments, clinical documentation, intermittent skilled nursing
and coordination with the resident’s Care Coordination Agency (CCA) and other healthcare
providers.
Primary Duties
- Complete admission, significant-change, post-hospital/SNF and other lawful R.N.
assessments and reassessments; support ALW/ISP review and provide accurate clinical
information to the CCA.
- Provide intermittent skilled nursing, medication administration, wound/skin care and other
lawful R.N. services as needed.
- Review medications, treatments and changes in condition; coordinate with physicians,
pharmacy, home health, hospice and Management.
- Train caregivers within RCFE scope limits, maintain timely documentation, and complete
other lawful nursing duties assigned by Management within R.N. scope and the written
contract.
Qualifications
- Current, active California R.N. license in good standing.
- Strong geriatric assessment/documentation skills; ALW, RCFE, home health, hospice or
long-term-care experience preferred.
- For official DHCS ALW Assessment Tool work through an approved CCA, must satisfy
applicable DHCS R.N. experience and training requirements.
Compensation is negotiable. No minimum assignments, shifts or hours are
guaranteed.
