Centerline Drivers has an opening for an On-site supervisor to assist with the day-to-day support of our client operations located in Gardena, CA .
They will be responsible for reviewing and maintaining payroll. Data Entry, Day to day operations management, assisting employees with any issues they may have with punch clocks, schedules, attendance, etc. In this role, building relationships with both customers and lease employees is essential

Schedule: · Tuesday to Saturday
Shift:11am-8pm and one day out of the week 2pm-10:30pm.
Responsibilities:
· Perform new hire orientation.
· Create and maintain weekly report on recruitment activities, applicant flow and hires.
· Assist with calls to drivers regarding lunch logs / missing punches / lunches
· Report all accidents/injuries to the Regional Sales/Ops Manager and Human Resource Manager. Conducts a thorough investigation of each accident and complete the required paperwork.
· Walk the production floor
· Payroll functions (experience with Synerion and staff track is a plus)
· Recruit for new hire class
· Sit in on Performance reviews / counselling
Qualifications:
· two years related administrative experience
· Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook, Excel. Knowledge of an Applicant Tracking System preferred.
· Possess effective interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to all levels of management and employees.
· Experience developing and utilizing behavioral based interviewing techniques.
· Valid driver’s license and a car that can be used for work.
· Pass a TSA airport background check
