The role
We are hiring an experienced Inside Sales Representative for our Fenton team. This is a role for a seasoned professional with a track record in customer relationship management, order execution, and technical sales support in the metals industry. You will drive revenue, deliver strong customer service, and act as a trusted advisor to established and new accounts. You will have direct access to metallurgical expertise and internal resources to handle complex inquiries for demanding customers in critical industries.
What you will do
- Manage customer quotes and order processing end to end, with speed and accuracy.
- Grow and deepen key customer relationships through proactive phone and email contact.
- Work with our metallurgists to deliver precise material recommendations and application support for nickel alloys and specialty stainless products.
- Uphold ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100 compliance in partnership with the Quality Assurance team.
- Use Microsoft Office, our ERP, and BI tools to streamline quoting and sales operations.
What you will bring
- 3+ years of inside sales or customer service experience in metals distribution or a related industrial field.
- A track record managing customer relationships and complex order fulfillment.
- Solid understanding of industrial distribution sales and supply chain.
- Strong written and verbal communication with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems, plus sharp organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent mix of experience and education.
