Active NY LPN License (required)
BLS certification (AHA or RQI required)
Minimum 1 year LPN experience, preferably in LTC setting
Experience with adult and geriatric populations
Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
Comfortable with potential exposure to blood/body fluids
